Welcome to the Gemstone Jewellery Designs online shop, where you can purchase attractive handmade sterling silver gemstone jewellery, featuring beautiful semi precious gemstones, freshwater pearls and crystals. Earrings, necklaces, bracelets and pendants are created with care and attention to detail, and orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.
Handmade jewellery items may take a little longer to dispatch during busy periods.
Postage Charges
We offer a flat rate postage cost of just £1.25 for gemstone jewellery orders up to the value of £10.00, and then free postage for all orders over the value of £10.00 to all our UK customers.
A flat rate postage cost of £3.80 per order, is charged to our customers in France and Ireland.
Payment Details
Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards, paypal, cheque or postal order. We use paypal to securely process all online debit/credit card payments. Alternatively payment can also be made by bank transfer.
Payments made through paypal are entered via a secure web server, and the information provided by the customer is encrypted, so that it can not be read or intercepted. ( Please note that a paypal account is not required to make a payment using a debit or credit card. )
Refunds & Returns
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from Gemstone Jewellery Designs. However if you are dissatisified with an item, we are always happy to help with an exchange or refund. Please inform us as soon as possible, and return the item to ourselves within 10 days from receipt of the order. The item must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
